I regret signing up with Verizon Wireless!!!! Opened a business account at this store a couple of months ago and transferred 3 lines over. I was planning on adding more lines. Traded in 2 phones, got 2 new Samsung Galaxy S22+ phones and a Samsung Galaxy watch that I never opened and return about 10 days later. First problem, I was told the monthly bill would be about $200 per month. The first two auto draft payments added up to $1000, Ouch!!!!!!! I did not authorize that amount!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The first months auto draft was for $375, just saw second month $625. This is crazy!!! Three lines Verizon!!!!!! I logged into my account a few weeks ago and saw unexplained charges. I called customer support multiple times and was told there was a problem, and they would investigate it. I heard nothing back. I visited this Verizon store more than once. They found charges related to a Samsung Galaxy watch I returned. They had it in their inventory but never processed the return properly. I was told they would take care of it. I heard nothing and now I get charged $625. One of my new Samsung S22+ phones keeps disconnecting from Wi-Fi and is running very slow. I called tech support 2-3 times. They said visit the store and get a new sim card. I get a new sim card, still not working right. When I first signed up it took me 3 weeks and multiple calls and visits just to get the shipping label for the trade in phones. If this is not resolved quickly I'm going to file a complain with the FCC's Consumer Inquiries and Complaints Division.    Read moreI went to this store to get help with data transfer on my new zflip 3 because I broke my new phone and the person there was helpful for that however he told me the screen protector was something they put on it and was cracked also the rear protector had already came off and he could charge me fifty dollars for another one but it was warranty by zagg and told me to go there and for free they would fix it.i did drive to zagg the gentleman there peeled the protector off and said it was not his and Verizon should fix it so I went back to the store and I assume the manager who checked me in came over and said that there is no screen protector it was just a piece of plastic that is on the phone when purchasing and Verizon Samsung zagg all have no way to protect my EXPENSIVE PHONE unbelievable that I drive all over trying to get it put on the replacement and even go back to get the one for 50 bucks and then to be told there is not one is very frustrating I purchased a different case because I was told it would protect my phone better than the one I purchased from Verizon in Midvale in December but they are very similar and I don't understand why even the case that broke when I dropped the phone had no protection or warranty....DOES VERIZON SELL ANY ACCESSORIES THAT HAVE A REAL WARRANTY!! Planning on two day shipping we expected them to be here on time. Well, the internal processing of our order went wrong and we had to cancel the order. We tried again on June 25th and again same thing happened where we had to cancel the order. We tried a third time on June 28th, this time the process and order went through with 2 day shipping, which would be June 30th by 8 pm. Called Verizon this morning to ask about our order because we had not received a tracking number or anything after placing the order. The person we talked to told us they could not find a tracking number or who the phones were being shipped through. Waited all day to receive this package just to be told when we called again about the order that it had not been picked up by UPS. Now they are telling us that we need to wait another 3-5 days which will not be possible with the plans we have. This process has taken 10 days and we keep having issues.
