I have never in my life experienced such outright dishonesty and incompetence as I did at Xfinity Store 4531 West Partridge Hill Lane, Riverton, Utah 84096. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. This store is the embodiment of fraud, deceit, and complete lack of customer service.
I was promised a specific deal by the so-called āmanagerā (who, by the way, should not be managing anything beyond a lemonade stand, and even that is questionable). We agreed on a set monthly amount, and everything was documentedāon paper, by them! Yet, when my first bill arrived, I was shocked to see an extra $250 in unexplained charges.
Naturally, I went back to the store, expecting to resolve what I assumed was a simple mistake. But noāthese crooks had the audacity to lie straight to my face. Suddenly, they ācouldnāt recognizeā the deal we agreed on. Suddenly, the written agreement they gave me meant nothing. Suddenly, I was the one who was supposed to prove what they had already put in writing!
The level of gaslighting here is astounding. They treated me like I was crazy, like I was making things up, despite me holding the very paper they wrote on themselves. They refused to honor their own agreement and gave me the most ridiculous runaround, claiming they ācouldnāt do anything about it.ā
This isnāt just bad customer serviceāthis is theft. This is fraud. This is a scam.
If you enjoy getting lied to, scammed, and overcharged for services you never agreed to, then by all means, visit this store. But if you value your money, your time, and your sanity, I beg you: stay as far away from this store as possible.
Xfinity as a whole should be ashamed to have employees like this representing them. If corporate is reading this, do yourself a favor and shut this location down. Itās a stain...

Goes back in, finds out they can't just swap out the phone, they have to ship it back. And unless we want to spend MORE money, he suggests we wait for the refund which should take "about 3 days", we are on day 15 now and STILL no refund, the employee said he'd ship the phone back and then we found out just a couple days ago that his shipment got returned and he had to re-send it but FAILED to update on us on that. This has turned into such a mess that wasn't even our fault but it just gets worse every day. We have to chase him down for any update, and most of the time we won't even get a reply. Honestly have NEVER had such a bad experience purchasing ANYTHING before this. Lack of communication, lack of attention to detail, making THEIR mistake OUR problem, the amount of time it has taken them to get absolutely NOWHERE on our situation, which, still isn't resolved. Comcast continues to protect hackers!!! My senior parents account was hacked, yep thru Comcast and as my father was very sick with pancreatic cancer and dying, Comcast left him with NO access to his account even after supplying a police report to prove fraud. My dad passed after months and hours of arguing with them as they continued to pull $400.00 a month for over 5 months and still did not let him into his account. We (my 82 year old mother and my sister) went to speak to the manager which we were told to do after HOURS on the phone with their security team. Manager did not like that I called Comcast a hacker protector. I also accused Comcast of taking senior citizens money and not protecting their customers. Which Manager wasn't upset over. Only that I accused them of protecting thieves. Manager got pissed and asked me to leave the store. Truth sucks buddy!!! DO NOT USE COMCAST!!
