Their famous cinnamon rolls have captured hearts worldwide, but for me, my experience with Cinnabon is taken to the next level because of one very special person: Shayna.

They ONLY lose one star because I was handed my cookie thing upside down (it was in a wrapper thing upside down and she handed me a separate bag and extraicing which I asked for and I also got charged a bit to much for it actually) and the cookie immediately fell and crumbled completely after I turned to walk away and they were busy and I’m not one to bother with stuff. Not like it was super expensive. So I did walk around with out saying anything.

Anyway I LOVE Cinnabon and this is the closest one I have to me. They have always been delicious from here so no complaints. Customer service isn’t always the best but I don’t care as long as no one is rude. I know it’s hard to keep staffed at places like this and Dunkin’ Donuts and such. So, keep pumping out those awesome sweets and start handing them so they can’t fall apart and crumble to the ground.

WOW! MOST UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE STAFF I'VE LITERALLY EVER ENCOUNTERED. I've never interacted with an Auntie Ann or Cinnabon employee that was so disgustingly rude. I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes before saying 'excuse me' to grab her attention. Even after which she continued to ignore me. Finally another customer got her attention to ask a question, and he offered for me to be serviced first. The employee stated she wasn't suppose to help me bc I was at the Cinnabon counter versus the Auntie Ann counter, and proceeded to help him first. Then she huffed, and annoyingly came to take my order. Threw my order into a bag, and then started complaining and cursing to her coworker. I'll never shop here again, which is a shame bc I was extremely excited about this...
