BAD EXPERIENCE. Went for an upgrade for my broken phone. Found that last time my wife went for an upgrade the employee used my upgrade for her phone. So now i can not get my ugrade. Was told by the "manager" there is nothing that can be done. This was after i waited approx. 5 minutes as she ate her lunch and watched tik tok. Lastly two lines that were supposed to be taken off the account a month ago were never taken off. This place has no clue what to do. Do...
