EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED AT THIS POINT. Itās not a very easy location to access many times simply because of parking. So after walking a few blocks, I have found on at least 4 occasions in the month of March weāre by the fruit was found to be less than fresh AND needed to be replenished.
There is one employee in particular who sounds like a baby and she does not run the place well. I have started to call in advance to see if my favorite toppings are there AND if they look fresh (VS. STANDING 10-15 minutes WAITING FOR FRESHER FRUIT TO BE CUT). This may seem excessive but she has told me on the phone yes we do have that topping but they donāt look very fresh so then I have to say well do you have some more that you could prepare and Iāll be on my way??? OMG - just because she is polite is really besides the point as this is not a personality contest.
I WOULD LIKE TO PATRONIZE MY LOCAL MENCHIES BUT HAVE STARTED TAKING THE DRIVE TO MACOMB OR CLARKSTON.
I was particularly floored this past Friday because the sign on the door specifically limits the capacity to 7 customers. I stood outside because they were currently enough in the store at the time. Another large party came in behind me and two left out in that large party obeyed the sign and waited outside.
Low and behold the same employee that Iāve mentioned above came to the door and told everyone to come in! I asked her why she would have a party of 9 enter come in and there are already existing individuals in the store?? and her response to me was that she feels bad having people wait outside it was a beautiful sunny day but thatās not the point weāre in a middle of a worldwide pandemic Iām done with this store until they bring back high-quality employees like the very nice polite pleasant and professional Brooke from the summertime - these new people that are therr now do not keep the place clean, the fruit is not replenished and you have to stand and wait if you donāt call in advance if they donāt have what you want itās just too much effort for as much as I spend (2-3 times per week) because my yogurts average about $15 each because I get a ton of fruit!

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI frequently visit the Village of Rochester Hills for shopping, and during one of my visits, I was thrilled to discover Menchie's Frozen Yogurt. Having never tried froyo before, I was excited to give it a goāand it did not disappoint!
The store offers an impressive selection of flavors, including seasonal varieties, sugar-free, vegan, and dairy-free options. They have many toppings, from fresh fruits to candies, making it easy to customize your perfect mix. The store was clean and well-organized, providing a pleasant environment to enjoy your treat. The staff, especially a lady working there greeted every customer with a warm smile.
I highly recommend Menchie's for anyone in the area looking for a delightful and healthy dessert option. Iāll definitely...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreReally unique and tasty yogurt spot. Cakes, and build it yourself yogurt with a good variety of flavors. Lots of toppings you can add yourself, in fact I was really surprised at how much variety was available for toppings, things I've never seen like gummy sharks and white choco chips. The staff was very friendly. With only a couple of tables inside, you will probably want to sit at the outside tables. Parking is at a minimum really close to the building. You will probably need to park in one of the main lots and walk. It's located in a wonderful and safe little village with lots...
