I've never encountered such an amazing, friendly, and professional service from a Jeweler in all of my life. The courteous ladies of this shop really understand and care about not only the antiques and jewelry they sell but as well as the customers who enter their establishment and make their purchases.

The variety of antiques and jewelry here is quite outstanding. Being a resident of Rochester all of my life I never even knew of the shop until I started treading the market for an engagement ring.

After interviewing multiple jewelers in the area, I recently hired Pamela to appraise and sell jewelry from a large estate. She is a consummate professional and explained her every step of checking and rechecking the authenticity of each piece. Some pieces needing further research were shipped out of town, yet the whole matter was concluded in a relatively short amount of time and modest cost.
