I discovered Riddle’s Jewelry quite by accident actually…I went out to Apache Mall to find a place to remove some links on a watch I had been gifted…I always seem to enter the mall via the food court entrance, but this time I ended up coming in the door located between Scheels and the “discount warehouse” (Games, gifts, etc.) The 1st jewelry store you come to after that is Kay’s…The gal clerk was very friendly and greeted me with a smile, but after a quick examination of my watch and even consulting another employee, I was told they couldn’t do anything for me because they didn’t have a small enough tool for the job…she recommended the handicapped gentleman who has had a shop for years out at Miracle Mile shopping center…Undaunted, I went right next door (there are no less then 4 or 5 jewelry stores in that area, and all close together) and the place was Riddle’s Jewelry, which I had never heard of…The gentleman behind the counter was rearranging some diamond rings in the glass case, but looked up right away and greeted me… His name was Josh, and it turned out he is the assistant manager…I showed him the watch, he took it and said it shouldn’t be a problem, and after measuring my arm/wrist he turned around, and approximately 3 min. later I was putting on my new watch! I was very happy, but got even more happy when I asked what I owed him, and he replied: “Nothing, no prob. just took a few minutes of my time” In this day and age NOTHING is usually free, so I DEF. didn’t expect this to be any different…Boy, was I wrong! Customer service and kindness STILL EXISTS, and Josh at Riddle’s Jewelry in the Apache Mall is a GOOD example! I’ll know where to go 1st next time I need a jeweler, no doubt about it!! Thanks...

Me and my girlfriend have been together for almost 5 years. She knew relatively exactly what she was looking for. We had never been ring shopping, because she always wanted me to pick out what i would find most beautiful on her. However, i needed to have her finger sized! We went to another jeweler, and we were not impressed with the service. When we got to Riddles, we were greeted right away, and were able to go back in forth in conversation about what we were looking for. Kevin, Jess and V were willing to share the difference between lab grown and mined rings, they pulled out multiple different bands until i was happy with one. Not only that, they listened so well as to what my girlfriend wanted, they found her the perfect ring in less than 20 minutes. Extremely impressed and best service i could have imagined. If you want to have a good experience ring shopping with your loved one, i recommend going here over trying somewhere else. Holly is a true gem of Riddles Jewelry in Rochester. We were looking to reset some family diamonds and create a custom piece of jewelry. We went to about 5 different jewelry stores without any satisfaction..in fact, no one seemed at all interested in helping us. Then we found Holly. She was so friendly and helpful. She created several rings for us to pick from and after lots of back and forth, we chose which one suited us the best. Holly kept us informed every step of the way and made our decision making so much easier. It was an investment of a lifetime and will be treasured.
