Rochester Community Warming Center — Local services in Rochester

PLEASE DON'T GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED WITH BASIC RESPECT. For what ever reason the staff decided that they didn't like me so they refused me basic necessities. I had to use my shirt and paper towel to brush my teeth because they refused to give me a tooth brush. The staff wouldn't give me clean towels so I had to resort to drying off with dirty clothes. I tried talking to their supervisor over the phone since they trespassed me but of course they didn't have their voicemail set up. Honestly I hope all of the overnight staff including the ones who were complecent in my mistreatment get fired so they could hire people...

The warning center Was and is TRYING to do everything that it can to help the people who are in need.SOMETIMES thought it seems like there over their heads,& overwhelming, I understand how it feels,I've been homeless,just in Rochester since 2016 and for SOME REASON ,and NO ONE knows why I Keep falling through the cracks, Iv not had ANY TYPE OF HOUSING ASSISTANCE,while Other people have no problem screwing up the chance they were given, and then given a second opportunity at HOUSING, and the day...

Same would be that are getting paid to woke and repeat violators or not locked down or names or threat from there groups to status of warm even or even six hrs worse volunteers also. No actually ground work other than a waste of time and safety and in demand or anything was supposedly gone to move violators they can't even house them no gains we can't even communicate or be in the same room...
