Windsor — Local services in Rochester

Editing my post because my recent trip to windsor was horrible compared to my visit from last year. I understand it’s prom season and it’s the only store that has beautiful dresses but the way everything was handled in the store was unprofessional. My daughter was rushed to get out of the fitting rooms because of the long line behind us. She had 3 dresses total and the employee with the blonde hair kept hovering over us and asking if we were done yet and each time my daughter said no, the lady would roll her eyes and hover over the other rooms. The dresses were lovely and prices were on point. Also, expect up to a 2 hour wait on the weekends around homecoming and prom. Over 100 (we estimated 150) people waiting in line for 6 fitting rooms. Maybe it would be possible to add in pop-up fitting rooms during peak seasons? It was hot and no seating for disabled or elderly chaperones. I asked clerk when my daughter tried dress on what the return policy was. She said we had two weeks; so I gave my daughter my card and we took it home. She decided on a different dress and tried to take it back. They would not. I told them their employees should know what to tell people. Very sketchy!
