Worst experience ever. My family was on the way to concord mills yesterday on I77 when flash flooding made it unsafe to continue so we google the nearest shopping center. Walked into this store and all eyes where on us. Attempted to find Nike sweatpants for back to school and as i sorted thru A sub par selection, a worker in a wheel chair rolled by staring and then another worker started folding already folded items on a neighboring table while staring. Lets be clear as an almost 50 year old middle class black woman i'm not bring my teens into a store to steal. I think its high time "America" sorts thru its extreme bias before we will ever be great. imagine making 5x more than the employees at a department store and being watched as if you are the desperate one. I understand that employees are ready to leave come closing time, but I, as a customer, took that into consideration, was very polite, and I made sure that I knew the exact shorts that I was going to purchase along with where they were located in the store. When I walked inside, I was not greeted with a “hi, how are you?”, rather I received a “just so you know, we close in 5 minutes”. Read moreI have been to dozens of these stores throughout the Carolinas over the years, and the staff at this one are literally on a level all their own. My son and I were returning a pair of running pants that we mistakingly picked one size too big for my wife. The cashier that we had the pleasure of having was delightful, any beyond helpful and accommodating. She even noticed that the inside tag of the replacement pair we picked had an incorrect hanger size clip, which saved us from purchasing the wrong size yet again. The store was spotless, and very well laid out....
