Love Milk Cha Cha! So glad they opened up a new location right near home instead of driving all the way to Charlotte. It’s at a great location located in the plaza with ample parking for the whole family.

You can’t go wrong getting anything here so much so I usually just let the bobarista pick out whatever they recommend and we are always satisfied with my drinks. Definitely try them out. They have plenty of selections from fruity teas to creamy milk teas. They have tons of toppings like fruit jellies, popping boba and regular boba for you to customize everything to your liking.

The service is always so quick and nice! I barely sit down and the drinks are done. So amazing!

I come here at least once a week. The staff are wonderful and already know my name and usual order when I walk in. Everything is reasonably priced and I’ve never had anything from here that wasn’t delicious. They also have dairy alternatives so I can still get “milk” teas from here (thank you!). Their teas are always perfectly brewed and never bitter! My go-to is the lychee green tea but also recommend their passionfruit & jasmine teas. 👍 If you like matcha this is the place to go because their matcha latte is the best one I’ve EVER had. **Update- only semi-negative feedback is that they don't have a customer service policy for if you order something that you really dislike. I understand this, but make sure that you only order a drink that you are confident you will enjoy. It's a bit pricey to throw away most of a drink.
