Purchased two bras a few weeks back and didn’t try them on in store. Got them home and realized they weren’t going to work out for me so I put them back in the bag with tags and held on to the receipt so I could return them. So this afternoon I went back with all my things to do a return. When I got up to the customer service desk to return my items I couldn’t find my receipt so she said she would look it up for me . I only have two possible cards it could have been on. So neather card showed as being used the lady said there system is not exact. So I started looking in my purse for the receipt I found it and handed it to the customer service person. She still said I needed the card for the return. I asked if I could have the cash back since I had my receipt she said I couldn’t, Then asked me if this was even my purchase if the receipt was even mine. I politely told her I wanted my items back I was going to call my bank to further investigate. So I went to my car and pulled the purchase up on my Iphone. So I went back in with the items and my phone with proof it was MY PURCHASE AND IT WAS MY RECIPE. Another lady was at the front and I showed her my purchase and just like that I was given my refund. Read moreThis took place at 1900 Springsteen rd rock hill sc. I was in line this morning in electronics. There was a woman cashier and she was helping this gentleman check out. I was in line behind him and then this woman came up and asked this man cashier for the Nintendo system that went on sale in stores today. The man cashier said to the woman that it was the last one. I told the man cashier that I have been waiting in line for it. The man cashier said… do you have a ticket? I said no. He said they are first come first serve. I told him that I had been waiting patiently in line. He said there will be another truck at 8am tomorrow. There was only one woman cashier on the register. The woman skipped line and the male cashier checked her out. Is this the kind of service target promotes? That waiting patiently in line gets you nothing. That its fine for customers to butt in line to get what they want? So I contacted chat on Target. And got an apology from someone who didn't do anything. That was just them...

They are putting things in the wrong place to show the price you will but when you get home the item is more. The most funny thing about it is that when you try and get a price adjustment, they are not doing so because of the virus. The only thing they are touching and truthfully is buttons. I paid by card so it wasn’t like they had to touch anything but the button to refund my money: they only thing they are doing is taking your bill payments which is the same buttons that they would have used for a price adjustment. P.S they are not doing any returns and price adjustments only payments so when your receipt has expired on April the 16, then they will lower the value on your item that they over charged for. Just be careful when you scan your items. With businesses closing and many people are out of work now is not the time to be overcharging people and telling them you are sorry for...
