Extremely WORST customer service and bad attitude by Sierra. We ordered 2 cheesy bean and rice burrito with one without creamy jalapeño sauce and one double chalupa. My 8yr old kid recently lost his bunny tooth so I requested to fold the burrito in half like a quesadilla so he can eat easily. We also requested to double fry the chalupa shell because the double chalupa gets soggy real quick if the shell is not fried well (Taco Bell really should realize this). The order came with 2 regular burritos without creamy Jalapeño sauce on both and the chalupa shell wasn't even fried enough like their regular chalupa. It was looking white tortilla. When I talked to Sierra, she got angry right away and said "You should say when you ordered" which we did and the instructions were mentioned on the receipt. I showed her the receipt and she went back, made both burritos like a quesadilla with keep whispering with her co-worker. When she came back and I asked "which one doesn't have creamy Jalapeño sauce?", She said "none of them, you should tell us before".. oh common lady, that is in your menu. It comes with Jalapeño sauce by default. We just requested to do not put on one. She then gave the sauce in small remiken with very angry face. She was very rude and arrogant. If there's no other options available, I would rather go to Walmart and buy frozen pizza or a bag of chips to eat but will NEVER come to this Rock Hill Taco Bell location in my life.. I wish Google has negetive review...
Read moreThree of us went by after work and ordered burritos and drinks last Saturday. The guy taking our order was rude from the start telling us that it was the end of the night and they were running out of food. This was at 12:20AM. I asked if they still stayed open until 2AM and he got angry and shouted "Go ahead with your order!" When we pulled up to the window the guy (receipt says his name is Jefferson) had his head laying on the counter. He handed me two of the three drinks and slung the bag of food into my hands (almost making me drop it out the window). The bag felt light so I sit there (no cars were behind me) while my passenger counted the food in the bag. The same guy that took my order and another guy stood by the drive through window yelling "Move!" and "Go already!" After my passenger said the food was accounted for I just pulled off, completely forgetting about the third drink. We've never had an issue with Taco Bell through the week(different, older employees on weekdays), but will NEVER go back to this location again. The weekend crew are young, lazy boys who obviously hate their job. Not to mention our burritos were cold and...
Read moreIf 0 stars were an option I would choose that. As we ordered on the kiosk a friendly older couple came in behind us hoping to order at the counter. The manager on duty rudly screamed at them to use the kiosk. The nice older lady tried advising they had food allergies and the manager said that's not my problem go somewhere else. The kids and I offered to help them use the kiosk but they declined understandably frustrated chose to leave. We received our order and was waiting on our drinks when the rude younger male asked what we wanted my daughter advised our drinks. Our order was wrong on top of it. Worst taco bell experience and that comes from someone who managed one for years. If you don't like your job find another one but don't take it out on your customers or their children. This place should be shut down. I guess quantity oversteps quality these days. However in this case the quantity of workers does not equate to...
