Rock Hill might be a beautiful area, but this restaurant? A complete disaster. If you’re looking for a place that’s nice, easy, and fast—keep driving. This is not the spot. I’m genuinely baffled by the staff.
Let’s start from the top: I came in with my family ready to eat, not audition for a reality show called “America’s Next Incompetent Cashier.” The girls taking our order clearly had zero idea how to work the POS system—emphasis on the P. Then, to add insult to incompetence, they literally laughed and walked away mid-order. Who does that?! My family hadn’t even finished ordering. I guess customer service is optional now?
Then came a male associate who looked like he was completely checked out. No smile and no manners. I mean, he was so miserable I wouldn’t be shocked if he had disassociated just to survive his shift. And honestly? I don’t blame him—working with those two must be soul-draining.
After all that, we still had to pay and re-confirm the order because, surprise surprise, my original order had magically vanished into the same void as their professionalism. Then we waited 30 minutes. My family got their food, ate it, while I was still sitting there with no food. My food finally came 15 minutes after they were finished. Iconic.
The cherry on top? The staff was bickering nonstop behind the counter. Loud, annoying, and completely unbothered that customers were witnessing the mess unfold in real time. I’ve been to hole-in-the-wall spots with more class and coordination. This level of unprofessionalism? I’d expect it in a worse part of town, not here.
The one manager on duty was clearly trying her best—but let’s be real, one person can’t fix a sinking ship when the whole crew is poking holes in the hull. If upper management doesn’t do a complete staff overhaul soon, you won’t need to worry about bad reviews—you won’t have a business left to review.

Read moreI have eaten here many times now over the last few years and the experience does vary greatly.
Sometimes I pull up and the staff immediately greets me at the intercom drive through, other times the staff stands in the store and clearly pretends to not notice any customers or make any effort at all to communicate with the customers resulting in us as customers sitting at the drive through till we give up and just drive off. Sometimes this can be us sitting there for 2 or 3 minutes, today I arrived at 7:45am, realized they weren't open yet, sat in a parking spot till 8:05 after I saw the employees go in around 8 (figured I'd give them a few minutes to clock in and get started) and went to the drive through. Nothing. Decided to just wait a whole 10 minutes at the drive through order spot to see and nope, even 10 minutes still no communication at all. No "hello", no "hey we're behind right now", nothing. Pulled around and saw an employee at the drive through window so I pulled back in to the parking spot and waited a few more minutes and tried again, this time I only waited a few minutes will still no communication at all. 2nd and last attempt was 8:20am.
Sign on the store windows is inconsistent with their hours, sign on the windows says they open at 6am, while online it says 8am. The store doesn't seem to actually open till after 8, and that seems to vary. Some days at 8:05 the stores open and taking customers, other times 8:30 rolls by and the employees pretend they're not there.
My prior rating was a 4 star, but I think it needs to go down to a 1 star. This has been happening more often lately it seems with employees just completely ignoring customers and I think at this point I am just going to...
Read more12/4/22 4:30 pm. traveling, my daughter wanted to stop at jack in the box. Went thru the drive thru. Lobby door lock. African American girl at drive thru heard very loud singing and saw her dancing. She was Rude. Kept my debit card to long. Instead of her swiping card and giving it back. She held onto the card. Walk away. Pour water on the floor from a bucket. No good customer service from her at all. Bad attitude and Just rude. Not friendly at all. First impression. Not a good vibe from her. Like i made her come to work. Walking around with a blue hoodie pulled over her head. I explained to her what I had ordered. She took the receipt away from me and walked away as though I was irritating her. Light skin maybe biracial girl came to the window asked what was wrong. She has a attitude the same as the first girl. Light skin girl told me" what I heard was" the burger doesn't come with cheese. Maybe if they weren't singing and playing around she would have heard the order correctly. I was treat horrible. Just for placing an order at the drive thru. I drove back around to the menu board to see if I was going crazy. I took a picture of what I ordered off the menu board. #4 jumbo jack cheeseburger. Is what I ordered. But she told me it doesn't come with cheese. I know this might not get anywhere. African American manager I believe she had on grey shirt. When the dark skin girl with the hoodie on took my receipt and walked away she said something to the manager because the manager looked at the drive thru window. They need to be trained on customer service. I worked in burger King before when I was young. Hated because of how customer treated the worker. I could see if I was one of those types of customers...
