Starbucks — Restaurant in Rock Hill

Save yourself the trouble and just go to one of the stand alone Starbucks locations. This Starbucks is never properly stocked and out of ingredients to make their drinks. Instead of letting you know they try to make their on imitation of the drink and it never tastes the same. The last time I went their the manager was taking my order and I asked him if they had everything to make my drink. He said “yes we do.” My response was, “are you sure because in the past you guys have made your own concoctions.” He said “yes”. I said “ok”. Upon getting my drink they were out of the graham cracker topping, which makes a difference. I reminded the barista she forgot the topping. She said “ we are out”. I said “I just asked the guy if you guys had everything”. She said “sorry he told you we did but we’re out. Do you want one of our drizzles?” The manager took my order and he completely lied to me as if I would not notice. This is just one of the many incidences I’ve had at this location, and I will...

Extremely rude cashier when I went yesterday. I asked for a strawberry smoothy and she said in a very short tone "we can't make those". I asked why it was on the menu and she gave me an attitude and said "we don't have the ingredients". I said that was fine and just mentioned it's weird they have it on the menu if they don't keep those ingredients at this location and that's when she said "no, we are just out of the ingredients right now"... That's all she had to say from the start. That didn't bother me as much as her tone and facial expressions though, when all I did was ask for an item on the menu. From the very first word out of her mouth she had an attitude and was rolling her eyes. Then after all that we still get the wrong size drink and the wrong drink all together. I didn't want to deal with someone so negative again, so we just left without saying anything about the wrong order. I'll never go back to...

I was trying to order a drink and they had no ice. first red flag. i ordered an ice matcha latte with oat milk. i usually get syrup in a cup on the side, and i notice little fruit flies in the syrup. the really kind employee apologised so much and remade it with a different syrup and confided in me with the fact they've been struggling with bug problems as of late. she told me that she's doing her best and it's so hot all the time, which i also noticed. I literally broke a sweat in there and it kind of stunk. I wanted a cake pop but after noticing the huge dead bugs in the display I genuinely got a little sick and decided against it. I already spent my Money so i guess it's fine, but my vacation to South Carolina was ruined due to my bad drink. It made my tummy hurt. the poor employees have no support and the manager is very rude as are the other higher ups....
