Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Rock Hill

Very bad experience for my first visit here! Front line didnt even know what went on a banana split, either out of the one thing I wanted a hot fudge brownie cake with ice cream... no brownies, ordered waffle cone with vanilla ice cream....no waffle cone, ordered a waffle sundae.... no waffle cone for the sundae. I asked why didnt they have anything stocked they said they busy were busy on Sunday's..... means you order more cones for Sunday's, the customer service was very slow, took 30 minutes for 2 items to be made, lady came to front but never offered to help front end guy... the lobby had trash everywhere and tables had not been wiped in a while!! Needs some employees with speed behind them to serve customers in a speedy environment and to care about keeping place clean, and the supplies to make the money....

When we drove up to the drive through, I told my husband to ask if they had a cherry flavored ice cream. The reply was “we have cherries jubilee.” My husband ordered one scoop. “Sorry, we’re out.” Why even mention it?? So, I ordered a vanilla sundae with hot fudge. They asked “do you want whipped cream, nuts, and a cherry?” We said, “hold the nuts.” We paid and picked up our treats. Begin to pull away and my heart stopped. They had put strawberries on my Sundae. I’m allergic to strawberries.

All I wanted was some ice cream. What a disappointment.

On a side note- they are always out of something. Last time our son wanted a chocolate shake. They were out of all chocolate ice cream. Someone needs to say to the person who places the orders. “You had one job!”

The staff in this place sucks. I walked in at 4pm on a Saturday with NO ONE in front of me. Not only did no one (out of the 4 employees there) address me. I literally had to say "excuse me" to the girl who came up with a cone in her hand 3 times and ask her if someone was supposed to be there to help. She's like "someone is supposed to be up here. i dont know where she is". And this unprofessional airpod wearing person went back to scooping ice cream like I wasn't even standing there. She proceeds to yell at the guy working and nods her head towards me. He looked me dead in my eye and continued slipping a label on a cup. Again... There was NO ONE in front of me and NO line wrapped around the building. Honestly sick of these near useless so-called employees at these establishments. Trash......
