Prepare yourself for an epic tale of triumphant return! For years, we suffered in the darkness, aching for the return of our beloved hot sauces that were unjustly taken from us by the cruel hand of the coronavirus. But lo and behold, a shining light has emerged from the wreckage, and it goes by the name of THE GATOR SAUCE! This sauce of the divine has finally made its glorious return, and it is just as delicious as we remember.
Picture this: the mouth-watering NY steamer ran ran through the garden, piled high with all the fixings, and then crowned with a single drop of the transcendent Gator Sauce. This flavor explosion was once a weekly ritual for us, and we have mourned its absence for years. But that all changed when we stepped back into the hallowed doors of Firehouse Subs after two long years.
Our hearts were filled with indescribable joy, as if we had traveled back in time to a world before our foundations were rocked by the pandemic. We owe a debt of gratitude to Firehouse Subs and their team of culinary heroes for bringing back this remarkable condiment. The Gator Sauce is truly a gift from the heavens, and we will cherish it forevermore. So come one, come all, and experience the magic of this...
Read moreBig mistake going here on National Sandwich Day. First sign I should have gone somewhere else was someone placed a to go order for 29 sandwiches (soccer team, moms). I tried to be understanding and patient, but after an hour passed (literally) and people who came in after me started getting their food before me, I began complaining. Seems they got the orders mixed and I ended up last on pending orders to fill. The manager refunded my money and told me they would start now & I could still have my sandwich. Well, someone else decided to just remove my order which took fifteen more minutes to find that out. While I was waiting, I observed a worker clean and wipe top of a trash can with his gloved hands and go back to handling the food without changing his gloves. I asked him not to handle my food if he wasn't going to change his gloves. His response was, 'Okay', but didn't change gloves. Shift leader laughed at my inconvenience. I told her it wasn't funny and i got a hateful look response! The whole team needs to...
Read moreI honestly am disappointed with Firehouse Subs and have been telling a lot of people I know to no longer eat there or even try it.
We did pick up and the little paper attached to the bag claimed that all our items were there. We ended up missing our chips. We found out after getting to our destination, so we sent some feedback. Instead of apologizing for it, we were told that it's a new thing they're doing and it's our fault that we didn't check the bag. This was from the manager. He did offer us a free meal, but honestly, who would want to go back with a rude staff that clearly doesn't care about their customers? I will never again go to a Firehouse Subs. It's upsetting, because I had always been told that they're a good franchise.
I don't care if the food is good if you don't value your customers. I hope that corporate sees this and decides to really take the time to reevaluate their supervision in their restaurants. If they work on fixing that, I'd be willing to...
