I will not be coming back! I came to the store to do some Christmas shopping this holiday season on the night of 12/18/23. I was searching for a specific item that the website said was in stock. So I went to the service desk to help find my item. Upon approaching the desk I noticed 6 female employees chatting it up. I stood at the desk for what seemed like an eternity only to have the 6 female employees present rather dirty looks since I was interrupting their gossip session. Two of them made eye contact with me while I was at the desk and walked away. Finally one of them decided to provide customer service after I had to abruptly insert myself into their attention. Upon my request, the employees continued to talk for another 5 minutes before one of them went to look for my item. After waiting 20 minutes I had finally gotten my item. Overall, the service was horrible. I shouldn't have to feel as though I am in a hostile environment when I do business. In addition, I shouldn't have to feel like I am causing displeasure at the expense of my service request. Whoever tuns the establishment should seek to split the six of those girls up. Overall, they were not being productive and just flat-out rude to customers. As a result of my experience, I shall take my future business elsewhere to stores like Ramsey. Read more!!!!!!DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT!!!!! go to this Dicks if you need to regrip your golf clubs. After the first attempt , they left the grips hanging an inch off each club. When I returned them, they said they can salvage the grips and redo it for me. When I picked them up the Same day, they were exactly the same way. Making me Wonder if they ever redid them. They were kind enough to redo them a 3rd time while I waited. This time getting them back with glue all over the grips. I let them sit in the bag how I got them back for 5 days before using them this weekend. What a disaster. The clubs were just oozing glue out of the back of the grips. I ruined 1 brand new Under Armour golf glove, and the bottom of my brand new bag is covered in glue.. everytime I put a club back in a pull it back out, it's covered in glue..the grips are all covered in glue, and my 9 iron, half the grip came detached and I can almost spin the grip entirely around. This club is not usable in this condition. When I tried to ask for an upgraded grip because these were covered in glue, they told me no, we can save these grips and reuse them.
Now, I need to buy all new grips again, and I'll take it somewhere else. Lesson learned and $80 wasted. Ill go take a trip to the PGA super store and get my clubs regripped there. NEVER GET YOUR CLUBS REGRIPPED AT A DICKS...

After deciding which sneaker she wanted to buy, we brought the 20% tag (that was on the display sneaker) with our chosen pair. The female supervisor with the tattoos, said that she was going to verify if it indeed was on sale as it did not reflect on the register. The supervisor with the tattoos came back and said the Hoku sneakers I was purchasing was not on sale, i asked her well why was it tagged she replied its not on sale and walked away. I have no problem paying full price for an item but this is MISLEADING OF DICK'S SPORTING GOODS - to tag an item that is not on sale. I am just a customer, if i like an item that is on sale and i decide to buy the advertised item that is on sale, then i feel i should pay the on sale price.
