Diamond cuts — Local services in Rockford Township

If you are American do not go here. When I first got there they were watching scriptures from the Quran, cool it's a free country. Where my issue was is when I wanted just a beard trim and the guy doing it barely spoke any English, had to have some things translated for him. So how is he gonna know what I want. I asked him how long has he been cutting hair and he didn't understand the question and had to get the other person to translate. Ontop of it I said I wanted to keep the length and take off the dead ends and he started cutting it super short to fade it together... He had no idea how to shape a beard let alone actual trim one.... I finally said no more I'm done, and he wanted to charge me 20 dollars. When he walked away thehe lady that was sittin in there told me she's seen it all week that they don't know what the hell they are doing and I shouldnt have to pay. So when he came back and told me it was 20 I told him I'm not paying 20 for the poorest beard trim that I have had in my life. Let alone not even and butchered. I'm glad I stopped him when I did. Because I ended up going to a different place and they managed to reshape and save it without taking too much off....
