$7 for an ice cream? It better be amazing and it isn't. I haven't been to Cold Stone in years, because in the past I didn't love the concept as a whole so I will say take my review with that disclaimer. The way they mix the ice cream isn't that thorough so you have big chunks of mix ins and then ice cream which isn't how I like my ice cream. When I went this time with my husband and son, the result was the same. I don't think it is worth $7 for a medium size portion of ice cream that was turned a few times on a cold counter. Other than that the line for ordering moved quickly, and the staff was polite. There was somewhat of a bottleneck to check out and that was a bit annoying with no cover on my ice cream. I did have ice cream running down the side of my cup before we even got to check out and since I am still wearing a mask indoors I could only really wipe it up instead of eating some of the treat like I normally would have in the past. Overall the flavor of the ice cream was decent, but not amazing. For the price, I would expect more. So overall I wouldn't visit again and my husband felt the same. Too expensive for...
Read moreMy friend and I are deeply disappointed by our experience. Our initial choice was Yumberry but to our dismay they were already closed, leaving us with no choice but to try something else. Minds full of opportunity, we chose to take a chance on Coldstone. We came in optimistic, we left set on never going back. We enter the store and a female employee was all over another male employee. We also noticed that majority of the staff was very unfriendly except for the young girl who was our cashier, the only positive thing out of this whole experience. The employees barely spoke a word and didn’t bother to share a smile. While checking out, we were getting rude glances from a woman working, the same one who was all over the other male employee. This made us even more uncomfortable with an already dissatisfied encounter. We both chose the “Like It”(smallest size) because we were both unsure of what we wanted and had never had a prior experience. The smallest size was $8.77. The ice cream was subpar and frankly not worth the price. Don’t bother wasting your money for a poor experience and...
Read moreI have been to many cold stones around the U.S, and I can say without a doubt this one is one of my favorites. From the moment I walk in, I am always greeted with a smile and some sort of greeting. I have gone here multiple times, and never been disappointed by the quality of the ice cream either. It does not taste like any regular ice cream, and it is by far my favorite. I was even served by the Boss/manager once and he kept a big smile and was very hospitable and nice to me and the lady ordering in front of me. I always feel urged that I must leave a tip because of the hospitality I receive, which is the least I can do. As long as I can eat ice cream, I’ll be coming here whenever I get the...
