I ordered a three taco dinner over the phone for my birthday and went in to pick it up to enjoy at home. When I get home I realize the cook messed up my order. Wrong meat and wrong tortilla shell. Mistakes happen. I get it. I called to discuss the concern and they acknowledged what happened and offered me to come in for a replacement or I may have a credit for my next order. When I go in a few weeks later to redeem my credit they wanted to offer me a credit off of my tortillas instead of the whole meal. I don't agree and I avoid the place for 2 months and go back in to re-evaluate this with management and then they want to turn around and ban me for life from the establishment. In summary, they initially acknowledged their mistake, then offered me a partial credit the first time I came in, and ultimately banned me the second time I civilly came in to address this. Does this seem logical, reasonable or civil to any of you? Unfortunately they would rather lose a long term customer.
It's a shame. I won't be giving my money anymore to the owner Jose and his family. Plus I vow to badmouth (share the truth about) this restaurant to anyone who initiates a taco restaurant conversation for the rest of my days...
Read moreFiesta Cancun is a true gem for anyone craving authentic and flavorful Mexican cuisine! From the moment we walked in, the warm and vibrant atmosphere set the tone for an incredible dining experience.
We started with their guacamole, which was fresh, creamy, and perfectly seasoned. Paired with their chips and a side of spicier salsa (just ask for it!), it was the perfect way to kick off the meal. The salsa packed a flavorful punch, adding a zesty kick we absolutely loved.
For the main course, the tacos de carne asada stole the show—tender, juicy, and packed with that signature smoky flavor. Each bite was a fiesta of bold spices and perfectly grilled beef. We also tried the Cancun cheese steak, which was a delightful surprise! The fusion of melted cheese, tender meat, and vibrant Mexican flavors made it unforgettable.
To wash it all down, we ordered two lime margaritas. They were refreshing, perfectly balanced, and the ideal complement to the savory dishes.
Fiesta Cancun delivers on every front: food, drinks, and ambiance. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just craving a great meal, this place is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be...
Read moreWOW, the only good thing is that the food came fast and hot. The salsa was just tomato soup with diced onions and cilantro, and as for the meal, again just had NO flavor what so ever, seamed like everything just came out of a can (including the lettuce). I nearly emptied the pepper shaker just trying to taste SOMETHING. Probably a nice place to take kids cause they won’t complain about it being “too spicy”, or tasting bad (because there is no flavor. Dining area is packed (not with people but with furniture) can barely stand up without bumping the table next to you, and they even have someone walking from table to table playing a guitar singing “la cucaracha”. He was actually good, it was just too cheesy. But again the big problem here was the food, if you want “authentic Mexican” you would be better of heading to McDonald’s and...
