Scamming company! I was with this location before they opened I have now learned they only care about subscriptions and hoping you forget to cancel them, (was told by one of the owners it is the only reason they are in business) they offer a vip program will tell you it’s great and you get a month free but it is 11.99 a month after that and the only way to cancel it is calling a help desk number, they offer the same program for 25$ straight up for a year but they don’t offer that to you because it doesn’t fill their pockets. I have been lied to by owners and judged not a good environment and work place at all lots of food and candy is expired I found things that went bad in December 2023 and they are still selling them! The employees are scammers and the business does not operate according to the law. I was offered to sign up for membership in store ti receive a discount on my purchase and the employees purposely left out that there would be a monthly fee after 30 days. I called the stores months later months later after realizing my card had been being charged monthly for this fee I had never been made aware of and the employee who answered informed me that several employees from the period I was in store had been fired for this exact issue which is 100% illegal. From the reviews, I see this place has been doing this for well over a year. When they ask you about signing up for a membership to get a discount on your items, they won’t tell you it’s a monthly charge of 12 dollars and make it seem like it’s free. I called the store and complained. They were saying it wasn’t a monthly charge until after the 30 days, but if I hadn’t seen in the fine print on the card they gave me that it was a monthly charge to my card, I would have been out of money that I cannot afford to lose for who knows how long before I would have realized.
