I've walked past this place for years, but never went inside until recently. I went just to look at jerseys and try some on, but did not intend to make a purchase that day.

As soon as I walked in, a young man asked if he could help me find anything. For the next 15 minutes, he pulled down jersey after jersey in different styles, colors, and sizes, and waited patiently as I tried everything on, until I found exactly what I wanted. He was fantastic, which is why I decided to go ahead and make the purchase that day. Then he told me about that day's special promotion, so I shopped around some more and found a great deal on a hoodie.

I wanted a custom order and he said it could take up to two weeks, which was fine with me. I got the call that it was ready in a matter of days! When I went back to pick the jersey up, the lady who was assisting me had me look everything over to make sure it was correct, and then signed off on the order. The company they send custom orders out to did a beautiful job.

I was surprised to see negative reviews, since my experience was the exact opposite. Their selection got me in the door, and the customer service will make me a repeat customer. I would definitely recommend checking them out, especially if you are looking for custom work or hard to find...

If I could have given this store a Negative star I would have! I bought my fiance tickets for the Bears vs Steelers game which is not for a couple weeks still. I purchased jerseys for us not telling him as this was also part of his wedding gift from me. I tried to return the jerseys he had purchased the week before from this store please keep in mind that the jerseys stayed in the bag and were never worn. The guy at the store said that it had a speck of dirt on the jersey n it looked like it had been worn for pictures or something else. I explained they have not been worn at all. This place and their employees are a joke..the guy told me that i should return the jeraeys i bought instead because they will not return these and he is very lucky i didnt walk with him to talk to the owner. I told him maybe if they inspected there stuff the way they do when you wanna return something he would have seen the dirt. He claims they sell stuff w dirt..APPARTENTLY YOU DO n THIS STORE IS A FREAKING JOKE!! Will NEBER STEP FOOT IN THIS PLACE...

My parents recently purchased a Chicago Cubs jersey during the World Series. The next day my father brought it back because he wanted some stitching added to the jersey. They were promised that the jersey would be in by Friday of that week. They did not get the jersey until the following Monday. Not that huge of a deal at least my father finally got the jersey. Now, today almost a month later, my father receives a call from the owner accusing my parents of stealing a jersey and that they now owe him for that Jersey. My parents went into the store on Friday the jersey was supposed to be back. They did not leave with a jersey until the following Monday when the ONLY JERSEY THAT THEY PAID FOR CAME IN. This owner is CLEARLY INSANE and maybe should stop. I will not be spending any of my holiday shopping money at this business and I suggest that you do...
