Victoria's Secret & PINK — Local services in Rockford Township

Not a very good experience at the store today. I had to return some merchandise I bought from the store about two weeks ago and when the cashier tried to return the items the system kept saying refund to gift card instead of refund back to credit card. Since I was within the return policy timeline and paid for the items with my credit card I was very surprised by it. Receipt clearly showed my credit card ending numbers and I had the card with me as well. Instead of finding out the reason or asking another staff member, the store manager gave the receipt back to me and said call the customer service 1-800 number I can't help you. I asked her if you can see it was paid using my credit card and I have the card with me can you check with customer service what is the problem with the system. Her reply was sorry I can't help, you have to call them and find out. Please move aside I need to ring other customers.

I was very surprised by her behavior and how she spoke to me. I moved aside and called the customer service agent. They were very helpful on the phone and while I was speaking to the agent, the store manager got another staff member to come speak to me.

Store manager didn't even make any eye contact with me or apologize for the way she spoke to me. Instead the staff member apologize for letting me call the customer service instead of helping me out.

I do understand that everyone is not tech savy and sometimes systems acts up. But when you encounter such problems instead of treating the customer like it's their fault and they should reach out to the customer service and solve it, you should check internally how to...

I love Victoria’s Secret! The new owner of the company has made dramatic changes. I am sure the sales continue to sky rocket. I purchased a lot of clothing from this company. Not to mention endless bras and panties. The clothing line has gone from sexy/ playful to sloppy. I see tons of women wearing pink. How they fit in a large is beyond my knowledge. Victoria’s Secret reputation- actually statement is the sexiest line. Well the sexy only exists in the Victoria’s Secret line. I guess that’s where my purchases wil be made. I loved the Victoria’s Secret most loved yoga pant. They came in ex small with a 37 inch inseam. Years ago the had a fun sexy clothing line. Ias I have purchased over the years. The decrease in product selection has been eliminated. I went to order the most amazing bikini. Of course the bottoms were not available. This was my favorite store because I am tall, thin, and love the fit. I sadly say I am disappointed they eliminated anything in a long length. Considering the some of the models are taller and slender. They should just have the models wear the bras and panties. Have the American size 10 or 12 model the clothing. That is what I see wearing the clothing through social media and public. Unless I am at the gym. The dramatic change that began in November of 2017 was heartbreaking. Amazing experience in store today exchanging something from an online order. Cashier: 1527384 (4/1/21 2:05pm) assisted me in returning and repurchasing a different pair of leggings. I have not shopped here in about 10 years, she made me feel so very welcome and comfortable. I ordered 3 pairs of leggings online blindly. One pair fit beautifully, while the compression pair was a bit too tight. I couldn't figure out on my own which pair was which to make sure I got the right type. I happened to come at what seemed like a busier time and she was happy to assist me in locating the name of the leggings I was wearing (the pair that fit really well) and helped me get a pair that were black and purple (my absolute dream colors).
