Still, they have Chaco sandals and shoes, which are super comfortable and versatile, and should be your go-to shoes for traveling. Winter calls for comfortable boots, easy to slip on, and they last forever! Last year, their Sperry brand had great rain booties that are both strong, comfortable, and cute. The staff is always friendly and will do whatever they can to make sure you get a great deal on your purchase. My favorite part is how they were happy to ship shoes to another state for free. It was a birthday present for my brother in law and, honestly I thought it was going to be a mess because I paid for the shoes, gave them the address and left. I just want to share with the world that the rockford footwear depot has the best customer service I have ever experienced in my lifetime. Maddie, spent a few hours with myself and my friend. We tried on many pairs of shoes, we had wonderful conversation , Maddie helped us find the correct insert to put into the new shoes, she explained everything to us in a way we could understand. She also made sure to let us know that if there is any issues at all with either pair of shoes we can return them even after we have wore them outside. I want you the reader to understand I have searched for footwear for myself and my friend for close to 30 years. I had almost given up my hope to finding any shoes that would work. Fantastic shoes & excellent customer service!!! Our family has gotten shoes from here for years! I feel bad this is the first time I thought to leave a review because they have always been great, but this last visit talking with the store manager, Mark was extra exceptional! My husband has some major foot issues so finding good quality footwear is extra important for him and Mark's vast knowledge and kindness finding things that would work for him and our whole family was above and beyond. We love Merrell and Saucony the most for the many activities we and our kids do from: hiking, disc golf, running, winter boots, sandals, casual...they have it all.
