Publix Pharmacy at Rockledge Crossing — Local services in Rockledge

The pharmacy manager, Hiteshi Patel is rude and definitely insincere. I went to pick up my mom’s pain medication, when she pulled up the name, she told me initially that the order can’t be filled until November. After I told her I called and an associate told me it would be filled , she back pedaled and said he processed the wrong order and I would have to wait 20-30 minutes. I told her that that’s an issue between her and the associate. She unapologetically apologized and told me I had to wait. Less than 3minutes later the order was ready. Amazing. I believe she messed up and looked at h the wrong information and blamed the associate. If it truly was an error in processing the wrong order it would have taken the standard 20-30 minutes, not 2 minutes to give me my moms meds. She is rude, unprofessional and has no accountability...

The techs, pharmacist's, and everyone that works in that department, are caring, compassionate and genuinely care about people... They also are more than willing to give any assistance that they can do for you...I highly...
