I recently visited Boot Barn for the first time to purchase safety boots for my new job. I was impressed by the wide selection of boots available and found the store well organized. While exploring the safety boot section, I was assisted by a sales associate named Lily, who made my shopping experience much easier and more enjoyable. Lily asked a few thoughtful questions about how the boots fit, what color I preferred, and the type of work I would be doing. With her guidance, I chose a pair of Brunt safety boots that were extremely comfortable. My only concern was the tan color, but Lily offered a great solution—using mink oil to darken the leather and add protection to the leather. I decided to follow her recommendation, and I’m very pleased with the results. The boots not only look better but are now better protected for daily use. I love shopping here and I have such a great selection of boots but when I went there today to buy a new pair one of the workers was fixing a display while I was trying on boots. After a few minutes of me looking over the selection the worker turned to me out of nowhere says have you ever even worn boots before? I just found it very rude and her tone was very condescending. I was not happy afterwards I replied saying yes I have and she replied oh well you never know just thought I would ask I never asked for help and it's not like I was standing there looking like I didn't know what I was doing I was literally trying to decide what pair I wanted. I just felt like she was judging me because I didn't look like I just stepped out of a rodeo I was in skinny jeans a T-shirt and flip-flops. I'm kind of done going to...

I Will give this store in particular a decent score. Ive had a not so grand experience thru this store chain. I have been thru 3 pairs of boots in the last 2 months because of issues with soles. Iwill be returning my 3rd pair today due to chunks of the soles coming apart.

That being said the people that helped me out in just this store were helpful and special ordered these boots for me after i had submitted a complaint to the company on their website, they had discounted the boots about 15-20% for my troubles, the customer service is there. I don't care for their products tho unfortunately, I get more wear from tennis shoes at half the price.
