I am very sad about the uselessness of my wallbed. It was professionally installed by their team. My contractors built and reinforced the wall the bed was to hang on specifically to be strong to hold the bed. The installers said it wasn’t level, but it is. The installers have it on the wall with a gap between it and the wall at the bottom so it leans back. But let’s say that’s fine. The biggest problem is that only large strong men can pull it down from desk to bed and back again. In the store, the sales lady made it go up and down with one hand. I need myself and someone else on the other side of it to work it. The springs are too tight. They made it look easy to work in the store. But the real bed is a different story. I can’t rent out my apartment this way. It was fine for my son, he’s a weight lifter. But now I need a renter and it’s unusable. I will have to pay a contractor to reinstall and modify the spring action. I’ve already paid over $5000 bucks for the bed and installation from the store. This is not fair...

Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a part time but high quality guest configuration.

Great selection. Attentive but not overbearing staff. We weren't sure whether a wall bed would suit our needs; here we were able to see a variety of models, open and close them, lie on them to see how sturdy they feel, etc. Good quality furniture and finishings.

We spent about 20 minutes looking last weekend, and we decided on a particular model during the week. We could have called and ordered over the phone, but decided to go back in again to see it a second time to be sure. In less than 15 minutes, we were able to purchase it and arrange for delivery.

I love that you can custom order the style, the finish and even the hardware. The convenience of a wallbed combined with fine furniture, is a beautiful addition to ANY room, even the front room.
