I stopped by Encore Gold and Coin to check them out. I'm super happy I did as the entire experience was absolutely amazing. I was helped by Chad and he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient and overall very helpful. Thank you Chad! I didn't feel any pressure here. I was allowed to view various rounds and bars which was great. This should never be a problem as long as you the customer are being respectful as well as careful to not damage anything.

Encore's prices were fair and very competitive. I had originally called around for price quotes from several dealers. I was very pleased that Encore's prices only adjusted with the spot price once I actually stopped in. Well done Encore! This is very important to me as in the past I have experienced a few dealers that quoted one thing on the phone and gave totally another price once your in the door.

The Encore Gold and Coin shop was very clean and I also felt very safe there. Encore had has an absolutly amazing selection available including slabbed and loose mint gold and silver bullion coins, constitutional silver, specialty and generic silver rounds and bars from various mints including fractional silver, poured silver, copper bars, and even goldbacks!

In the end I was extremely pleased with the entire experience at Encore Gold and Coin. My last go to shop had changed ownership and the prices and as well as selection unfortunately went sub par as a result. Due to my personal experience there, Encore Gold and Coin is now my new go to gold and silver shop! I highly recommend Encore...

Stopped by today after reading so many positive reviews. Needed to sell some silver bullion and a bit of gold. Walked in and the place was full of two groups of clients the owner was working with at same time. The owner smiled and said it might be a minute and then noticed I just had some silver bullion and politely asked the other clients if they’d mind him helping me for a minute. Everyone was fine and the owner was able to quickly help me and get back to his bigger clients…totally awesome service and everyone was happy.
