This place is awesome. My daughter and I went here to get her hair washed and style . I've never done anything like this before so I didn't know what to expect. We had made an appointment and the minute we walked in the stylist we're ready to take both of us back and have the service started. What I like is when you get there they give you a laminated menu of hairstyles that they can perform on you or you can choose something else too. I really liked that because I have natural curly hair and a lot of it and I didn't know at all what kind of style that they would be able to do for me. So this was really a helpful touch. Once you decide on a hair style they take you back and wash and massage your hair and head. I really like the products they used because I thought they smelled really good and seemed of high-quality. Then they take you back again to their hair station and start the styling process. Before they get started they offer you a complimentary beverage of tea, wine, champagne, coffee, water, beer etc. I felt the staff and stylist really went out of their way to make sure our experience was relaxing and fun. My daughter and I were seated next to each other and the four of us talked and laughed the entire time. I ended up buying a monthly membership to this place which is an incredible deal. They did such a good job on my hair that I am going to have a standing weekly appointment to have it washed and styled. It's just so fun to change up your hairstyle throughout the week. My bridesmaids and I chose to get our hair and makeup done in the salon on my wedding day and we could not have been happier! Everyone looked amazing, and the hair and makeup stayed flawless ALL day long! I felt like a beautiful princess and I received so many compliments.

Our experience in the bar was so fun. Christie and the team took the time to make sure we were all comfortable and having fun. She even offered us complimentary coffee, tea, and drinks which was such a thoughtful touch. We had the whole salon to ourselves so it felt like our own private glam session, complete with fun music. The salon was also decorated so cute which made things extra fun! They even had a custom congrats sign made up at the entrance!

Chantelle did my hair and makeup and I have never felt more beautiful. She did an amazing job. The makeup and hair trial looked perfect, but the day of my wedding was somehow even better. She listened to my input about not wanting very heavy or dark colors, and having a more natural look instead of heavy contouring. All of the stylists expertly recreated the pictures we brought in and offered advice for the girls who were unsure about what they wanted. I can't say enough how happy we were with the final result.

The last two times I have gone here, I had 2 different stylists, and they both did a poor job washing my hair. They only washed the top of hair, not underneath or my scalp. The total wash took maybe a minute. Today I booked a deep conditioning and a head massage, thinking I would get more of what I wanted with the hair wash...NOPE! The entire process, from the time I sat in the chair to the time I walked out the door was 18 minutes. I was suppose to get and I paid for a hair wash, deep conditioning, head massage, and blo dry with style (curl or straighten). All of that takes longer than 18 minutes, as I have long hair. I had the same hair wash experience as the last 2 times and I had again a different stylist, so they all must do a poor job. My bill was $80, but in 18 minutes, I did not get $80...
