Terrible experience for so many reasons.

The lady didn't even wipe down the chair after the girl before me. She started off with ''I'm just going to clean up your brows and no shape. I'll shape next time. Your because brows are two different shapes.'' How does that make sense??? She LEFT SO MANY HAIRS. I went to my car and went back in and asked her to redo it. She told me I should have checked for the hairs in the mirror, blaming me for HER missing them. She STILL left hairs after I asked her to do it again. She didn't my trim brows. Every other threader does. No offer of cooling gel. I told her how I was on my lunch break and she asked how long and I said an hour. She said she wished she had an hour lunch, lady you are just standing around on your phone barely doing your job?????

Overall a waste of time and money. I left with barely anything done. Will not...

Had a horrible experience, went there for the first time and asked for just a clean-up and not to make my eyebrows thin, and she made them so thin so the point they looked like straight lines. They had no curve or shape to them. She pulled my eyelashes when she was threading my eyebrows, and didn't even apologize. And I told her to leave the scar I had on one of my eyebrows alone and she took all the hair out, and now it looks like I have a bald cut on my eyebrow, which is going to be near impossible to grow back. She also did not take her time with them, it seemed as if she was in a rush, but there was no other customer in the store other than me. When she was done she handed me the blurriest mirror in which I couldn't even see my eyebrow, it wasn't until I was in my car that I saw...

If I could I would've not even given a one star! I bought bangles for a wedding from Geet and when i opened them they were broken. Came back to geet for an exchange! She was so rude!! She showed attitude and denied to do an exchange and denied to give us discount on the broken bangles! She said all her bangles are getting shipped like this! She yelled at my mom! Very bad customer service! Will never come back to her ever again! You should check all your stuff before selling it! Even if they are being shipped like this it is YOUR JOB to make sure YOU are NOT selling your stuff to...
