Grocery Outlet — Local services in Rocklin

This location has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced at a grocery outlet store. I called ahead and spoke with the manager to do a return and repurchase for six items - he gave me the OK, so I drove over there. They were 6 heavy items, so I only brought one with me figuring he could scan it six times since I’m basically just changing my payment method. He refused to do so, and would only return one and let me re-purchase one, but had no actual reason for doing this, which was extremely unprofessional. It made absolutely no sense. He was not helpful at all and then refused to help me with even the one return. I don’t know if he was lazy, vindictive, or just lacked even a sliver of common sense, but it was definitely not based on company policy (Auburn location took care of it for me with ease.) I highly recommend going to the Auburn location instead. The few minutes of extra drive time will be more than worth it for the exemplary customer service that you’ll receive at that store compared to the absolute asinine em management at this location. He either didn’t know how to do math or just refused to do his job out of pure laziness. It was absolutely ridiculous and unnecessary and I will never ever spend another dime at the Rocklin store. I will also be contacting corporate to notify them of this situation. Fingers crossed they’ll get rid of Mitch and hire someone that’s actually willing to do their job. These apples are so juicy and crisp. Lately, apples have not being so tasty. An employee recommended the Incredible Sweet Crunch Apples. Now, they are my favorite. The watering crunch, the lasting flavors and the texture, all are reasons for this deserving review. Don't just take my word for it, check them out for yourself.

This Grocery Outlet is pretty spacious. There are some items I do not recognize at other locations. After searching for an electric cart and striking out, I held on tightly to a cart. some of your employees are rude. you don't expect that at a place like Grocery Outlet. had a horrible experience with your cashier, Luke, who gave my mom and I unnecessary attitude and told my mom sternly that she could go while she was waiting and standing there to be charged for the strawberries he mistakenly scanned to the person behind us. ended up walking out with free boxes of strawberries because he didn't care to fix the mistake he made in our transaction. if I ever walk in and see this guy as an only cashier I'm...
