I try not to blast businesses, but what a waste of time. I went there to return a moldy product (not GNC fault). Two employees were there who had no idea how to do returns (nice guys). They called the manager to walk them through it, and after 35 minutes, no luck.
They said my options were to come back another day or go to another store. Poor practice to set up employees who can't handle a return alone.
Time is money. Due to a bad product, I have to go in and waste time. Then, due to bad training or planning I have to waste more time and still leave with a bottle of mold. All just to best case get my money back...
