Edited::: I received a response from Starbucks as you can see below, This is not true about employees making another one with kindness, they get SUPER upset with you when you say anything about their drinks🥤 When their frozen burritos are not toasted completely, you best eat it or just throw it away! 😡 And when you stare at your drink too long with the.………………….. “what the _! Is wrong with my drink” They just stare at you angrily, take your drink and make you some other mystery concoction! 🙀 We are a family with a family-shared Starbucks app and we all use it, but to say we can easily ask for a remake or try to inform of the issues with a friendly response is not true, rare. Read moreDon't trust drive thru!!! First, I ordered a large tea, received a medium (I told the batista, but didn't have time for them to change. Ordered a pastry not heated, received not only wrong pastry but it was heated. Unfortunately it was as I drove away. I parked and went in to change the pastry. I told them what I had ordered and didn't want it heated. The lady went to drive thru window and gave me the correct item, but again it was heated. I told her it's too messy to eat that way and that's why I didn't want it heated. Again had to wait to get the correct item. In the end what was the purpose of the drive thru??? SUGGESTION when you have a customer who has a large order or a difficult order that will take more then a couple minutes; have them park and bring their order to them.
