Treasure Islander Shop — Local services in Rockport

Awesome giftshop, my whole family found pretty much exactly what we were looking for to remember our trip. Plenty of shells in variety, nick nacks for the grandparents to continue their collections, toys for our younger cousins and ample tshirt/hat options.

Prices were reasonable for this type of shop, good easy access location along the beach (alot of construction in the area but it had good flow)

The staff was very friendly, they do not have a public bathroom, however they did point us 2 the shop right next door with one (and the lady who runs the candy shop there will give U a free piece of saltwater taffy)

We had to make a second trip to treasure island shop (we were unaware my youngest daughters teachers had been promised a large souvenir shell by her) but 2 days later the staff remembered us and continued previous conversations with my girls.. definitely worth a visit.

I was concerned the more fragile shells would not make the 5 hour drive home, they took great care packing everything, our shells, mugs and cross made of shells all survived the journey home in full after packing and repacking the vehicle several times.

Shells, shark teeth, coral, mugs, thimbles, magnets, night lights, postcards, toys, shirts, hoodies, mugs, spoons, shell art, collectable "pirate" coins glass ornaments, Christmas tree...

I spend quite a bit of time and money in rockport and in this store in particular (for trinkets and memorabilia to give to friends). I am very disappointed in the cashier who saw an act of discrimination and allowed it. Let me explain: I was in line to make a purchase, when another customer (who had previously harassed my nephew) cut in front of me. Instead of asking him to get in line like everyone else, she greeted and serviced him ahead of me. So, I did not purchase my items. Nor did the other 3 members of my family who were prepared to pay. I politely put my items back. I will not ever offer my money as a customer to this establishment. Your service told me everything I needed to know about how you feel about my family...

One of my favorite places in Rockport! Staff is amazing & very friendly! We visited a month ago and again today & both times, we spent way too much, but love everything we bought! Today when we went, we were pleasantly surprised because the staff remembered us! That was so nice!! My favorite stuff is their clothes! I got the cutest shirts, wind chimes, coffee cups and koozies last month when we were here. I loved my shirts so much, we went back again today to get one shirt in particular, in another color, a sweat shirt, more coffee cups, koozie & also an adorable welcome sign! If I lived here, I'd go broke because I'd be there every day! 😁 Definitely visit this shop when...
