Candlelight Cottages by the Beach Rockport Texas — Hotel in Rockport

So glad I found this place just by googling places to stay. The cottage is a good size & everything is provided. From pods for the washing machine to a hair dryer in the bathroom. There’s nothing you need to take except for clothes & whatever person toiletries you need. ||Location is great, literally across the street from Rockport Beach. Parking lot is a bit small so I can see when it’s busy there being an issue if you have a larger vehicle or if additional vehicles are using the visitor spots. ||No complaints, would recommend to any size family. The bed is a queen but there is also a futon in the living room. Along with 2 recliners so plenty of seating. ||They even have trash & recycle bins steps outside each cottage so that was a nice surprise. Especially being able to recycle & not just having to throw everything away. ||Also very convenient not having to worry about a key. Do yourself a favor & reserve one if these cottages. We have stayed at many places in Rockport and Port Aransas, but Candlelight Cottages is the only place we will stay from now on. First of all Meagan is a friendly easy going person to work with. She always answers texts promptly and curteously. The cottages have absolutely everything you need. It's just like being at home. Clean, comfortable and in a good neighborhood with plenty of parking. Rocking chairs and charcoal grill on porch, cute automatic tiki torches by porch and in crows nest on roof. Beds are comfy. Recliners are sleep worthy. There are two tv's in the cottages. There is even a basket of snacks and coozies on the table. Rhonda the property manager is quick to respond with help if needed. Even though we did not take our fur baby, they are pet friendly. Family of 5|Children ages 3,6,7|$239 2 night stay||We reserved the smaller unit with one bedroom and a living area with kitchen.|It was great for our family since we just used the pull out couch for the kids and the bed for everyone else.
