Rockport had suffered devastation after hurricane Harvey in August 2017 and we couldn’t find a hotel when we tried to book back in March this year. We widened the search to B&B’s and booked based on its location to the port and places of interest. This is a delightful place and has a lot of history. There are 3 rooms available and each one is a gem. The owners are extremely welcoming and full of information about the town and places to visit, just what you want when you only have a couple of days to visit. We also got a tour of the house and it’s history which is fascinating. Free Parking is available in front of the B&B. 1 room is on the ground floor and the other 2 on the 1st floor. The B&B did suffer damage but was fully habitable when we arrived. Breakfast is at 8.30am and we were served something different every day. We enjoyed the lovely tour at Angel Rose Bed & Breakfast when we arrived to learn the history of the home. The sun room connected to the kitchen was so inviting.
