My appointment was at 10:00 AM, I arrived at 9:40 AM, and after submitting my application, I was able to pick up my approved visa by 3:30 PM the same day. The staff was very friendly, professional, and efficient. When they told me I had a small mistake in my documents, they patiently helped me correct it, ensuring everything went smoothly.

The only drawback was the long wait for an appointment, which took about three weeks, and their email responses were slow, requiring multiple follow-ups. I had an emergency with family and need to see how fast I could get my passport renewed. I called them and they explained step by step what I needed. Turns out I could extend my passport for three years or 18 months with a low fee. I really appreciated and the gratitude. From front entry to check in to next window and sit down and lastly giving them my passport so they could add the extension. Did I mention that the gentlemen at the front desk had to confirm if they could extend, since the page and space needed was stamped on. I came to make my tourist visa and there wasn't any line (most of the people queueing were in a passport business I guess). I went directly to the officer, he gave me the form and the list of the documents I have to submit. I submitted in the morning around 9 AM and by 2.30 PM the same day I could already collected my visa. They also handed me some maps, brochures, and booklet about Guatemala. All the employees were extremely nice and helpful.
