DXL Big + Tall — Local services in North Bethesda

I went in to this location to try and see if I could quickly find a sweater to wear to work because I had spilled coffee on the one I had on. I was greeted when I walked in. But after that I felt like I was bothering the associates as I searched through sweaters looking for my size. With no luck I asked one of them about finding my size. One was sitting down just staring at me blankly while the other responded very smart and annoyed as she folded clothes. As a salesman myself the customer service I received here was TERRIBLE! I heard OF DXL a couple yrs ago but ,it was only being promoted for big guys. so I didn't go BUT then they started getting clothes for tall guys also so i checked them out. They have a wide variety of a little bit of everything. It would be better if they had certain discounts for dxl membet like 20% or 30% of your high brands. Without the need to but 3-4 different things, some customers in bulks like that. The ralph lauren the lacoste should be brought down a little bit. Tonya was a knowledge, courteous, efficient salesperson who sold me over $1,800 of clothing. I am extremely please with the product & service I received at your store. Aside, two comments. If I had arrived 15 minutes later, I should not have waited for Tonya since she was the only sales person in the store. She politely greeted everyone that came in to the store. Some customers left while others waited for nearly an hour for me to complete my transaction. Personally, I would not have waited that long to get service.
