When I first found out about this place I fell in love, great deals great prices. Things sell really quick, fyi!

It all turned around when I really liked a furniture item and was very interested in. I asked for dimensions (obviously too see if it fit in my house) and no one ever answered me. I call after day 3 of no answer and they told me the furniture piece was sold. I would of paid for the item if they just answered my questions. Their excuse was that they are really busy and don't have time to be texting dimensions to people. So now I wont be shopping there again because obviously they don't have time for customers that bother them. The lady was really rude and started yelling at me. She said I wasn't a "frequent" buyer and she didn't need my business. Well ok then, I am a designer and I won't be spending my money or client's money...

Our visit was great! We live about 85 miles away from rockwall and had stopped at a boutique which is our usual go-to place, looking for a bedroom suit for my oldest daughter who is moving out and going to college. Our usual go-to place didnt have anything that caught our eye so I did a search for closest thrift or consignment stores and this one was the closest. Wife said yeah we can go check it out. Got there and in the window there was an old iron headboard that caught my daughters eye before we ever got out of the truck. Went in and everything was awesome! Beautiful furniture. We got a beautiful bedroom suit for a great price and my daughter is in love with it! Ladies that helped us were awesome. Had to make two trips to get it all but it was worth it. Highly recommend "Consignment"...

Went in to the store this afternoon Saturday May 27, 2017, and the Lady would not even greet me. She was speaking off and on with a man and woman who said they had consignment there and I walked right by her and she refused to speak to me. There was one other customer in the store and she greeted her when she came in. Extremely rude staff. I really wanted to buy a picture that was hanging, but I refuse to give business to such stuck up rude individuals. I will make sure everyone I know hears of my experience...
