I have looked high and low for a professional piercer to do my 3 month old daughters ear lobes. We live in AZ and since we are in town I figured TX is a great place to look as well. Everywhere I called or found online the age requirement was at least 5 years old or their hours of operations would not work for us. Luckily I finally found Bella Ranae and thank goodness for that! Ashley, the owner, has 20 years of experience under her belt and also comes from a long line of piercers: her mother and her grandmother also own their own boutiques and still do piercings. And it just gets better: Ashley is truly the epitome of sweetness, kindness, and professionalism. From the second she greets you at the door with her big smile you feel as though you’ve known her forever! She is extremely organised, helpful and courteous. She has plenty of beautiful sparkly earring options to chose from so I also ended up getting my ears pierced as well. She waited for us until almost 7 pm to show up due to traffic and not once did she make us feel uncomfortable, bad or rushed. She was meticulous, methodical and precise without even breaking a sweat. She had a perfect process in place for us to follow step by step to get our daughter in place and comfortable the whole way through and then the same even for me. You can tell how much she loves and cared about her craft and customers! I am so thankful and grateful I found Ashley and for existence in this world because she makes everything more beautiful and sparkly!!! If we ever want anymore piercings done I will fly all the way back to TX just to have this wonderful experience all over again. Thank you for being such an awesome...

I wanted to take my 5yr old niece here bc she was very scared to get her ears pierced and this place looked very kid friendly - and it was. However, I called in advance to make sure they can also get me in prior to my niece, so she can watch me get mine pierced, to put her at ease. I had spoken w/ the gal at the shop just 20 mins prior to my arrival and she assured me that since I wont need the numbing gel like my niece, they can get her numbed up while I pierce mine. We showed up, and I'm literally not exaggerating, literally TWO mins late. She proceeded to tell me that since we're 2 mins late, they cannot do my piercing, only my niece. They had us wait over 30 mins while the two gals chatted and did nothing, meanwhile, they could have pierced my ears twice during that time, yet they still insisted they couldn't help me bc we were 2 mins late and that would put them behind for the rest of the day. We ended up leaving 15 mins LATE from our appt, bc they had us just sit there waiting, doing nothing. This was supposed to be a special moment to share w/ my niece and they ruined it. We had an incredible experience! We took our 7 year old daughter to get her ear's pierced for her birthday. We have gone through this process with our three older daughters (at different ear piercing places) & this was by far the best experience - by a country mile.

When we left I shared with my wife that Ashley Ranae is a woman who has clearly studied her craft & how to engage with kids. She's like the horse-whisper of ear piercings. She was thorough - taking good time to measure and make sure the earrings would be put in the right location - level on each side. She spoke with such kindness directly to our daughter - explaining each & every step of the process. And then kept her attention - fully engaged through a story while she did the actual piercing. My daughter did not even flinch - not one time - during the whole procedure (& we did NOT use the numbing cream, though Ashley did spray some really cold stuff on each ear prior to piercing).
