I ordered some Candlesticks back in December, they were shipped & upon arriving the box had a huge hole in the side and the candlesticks were bent. I shipped them back in a different box because that one was very damaged & wouldn’t have held up in the mail. They gave me a store credit so I purchased 2 lamps. They used the store credit ($154.90) to the order & then I paid $200 out of pocket for the remaining balance. I also had to pay $60 in shipping. Both lamps arrived to me damaged & one was completely broken. I requested a refund & they would only give me my money back for the lamps ($200) but not the candlesticks ($154) because they said I violated their terms and did not ship the candlesticks back in the box they came in. When the box arrived to me it had a huge hole in the side & You could clearly see in it. I wouldn’t have been able to ship them like that. Just terrible customer service. It wasn’t my fault the box was damaged & I couldn’t ship it back that way. I even sent them so many pictures and did everything they asked and they still said the box was “barely damaged” & then they blocked me...

Update as of 1/22/25... the owner did NOT contact me despite what was said below. This piece continues to split, and I'm embarrassed to have it in my house. A local wood worker said it needs a woodworking bowtie to stop it from falling apart. Shady company, poor quality. I want a refund.

Paid thousands of dollars for a bookcase, and it's been a horrible experience--from the late delivery, to it now cracking and splintering down both sides (each of which is 1-3' long), to an unacceptable resolution. When I kept trying to contact them about the damage, I just got a guilt trip about how they had a death in the family a month ago, so people are out of office, and that things like this happen with reclaimed wood in new environments. After asking if it was "bothersome" to me, they sent me wood glue filler to fix it myself. However, the glue filler does not match, and they provided no stain to paint over it. Definitely shop elsewhere if you are looking for a quality product and professional...

When I walked in, I fell in LOVE with the style! It was modern with warmth, not sterile! I had an idea of what I wanted but needed some help pulling it together! I was asked a few clarifying questions and in 1.5 hours, I had decorated my Living Room and I am SO Excited! I’m not always able to say what I want, but I can say what I don’t like! Tessa took that info, and paced me to get the key pieces within my budget! She knew her product, knew coloring, knew styles and size, and honored ME! (She was SO MINDFUL of what I was communicating!) I have decided to use another service and have her come out and work with my house and use what I have and fill in from Mint Julep, with what I don’t have!
