Saturday evening, 7:10pm---no cookies!! How? Piss poor planning and a red headed employee (horrible dye job) with a nasty attitude. I assumed cookies were baking, as there was another family waiting in front of us. They were waiting for their drinks they ordered at the far end of the counter, however the employee had placed them at the opposite end..Why? When we were up, I inquired on what was available or would be available. The red headed waitress turned with a sigh and said "not tonight"! I wad so outdone that I didn't even bother to ask why because if she had to bake them, I didn't want them. Customer service is everything to me. Businesses really need to take a hard look at their front line employees to ensure their businesses aren't ruin by one bad employee...
Read moreI did my order over the Great American Cookie App just after they opened at 11:00am. I got a call around 1:30pm that the cookie cake was ready. I had a 3:00pm pick-up. The cookie cake was ready early and it looked great!!! Keira was extremely friendly and polite. She made the cookie and decorated the same day. The cookie tasted great and we ate it over a few days. My son was ecstatic that it was a Great American Cookie Cake. We have tried other cookie cakes before but nothing beats a Great American Cookie. Thanks Keira for a job...
