My recent visit to ZAR JWELERS has been nothing short of a nightmare. I purchased a nose pin that broke almost immediately upon use. When I approached the management for a refund or replacement, they not only refused any assistance but also had the audacity to blame me for the damage.

The level of unprofessionalism displayed by ZAR JWELERS is appalling. The staff's friendly demeanor during the purchase turned into sheer indifference and blame-shifting when confronted with a legitimate issue. It's clear that their commitment to customer satisfaction is nothing more than a façade.

Horrible service. I gave them my z so necklace and Tiffany bracelet to repair, expecting that they will make it look like as it supposed to, but they just make it horrible. They didn’t say from the very beginning that it’s not gonna look the same, that they won’t fix one link but just gonna melt the whole chain. The Tiffany bracelet was even worse, it was just the link missing on which pendant was hanging. They did it look like a key chain by putting huge size link on it🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ When I told them this, the lady just took it out with her fingers🤦🏼‍♀️ I didn’t want to pay for this horrible work, but still paid. The owner, as it said in other reviews is very rude with women, only when my husband came he started to speak with more respect. Will never gonna come...

Honestly go somewhere else. I’m all for supporting Muslim owned businesses but these guys are extremely poorly managed. Gave them some jewelry I bought from here to repair, show up on the promise date, and it’s not ready. Drove over 45 minutes to get here, store closing in an hour and the manager leaves the store to go pick it up from the repair shop. Waited about 45 minutes until store closing to finally get it. Just lazy and unprofessional. Won’t be buying jewelry or bringing any repairs here again in the future.
