I took my vacuum to be cleaned up. It was a shark for pet hair. It was a green and white vacuum. Even my friend remembers me buying it and said it was green and white without me asking her and the vacuum I got back is smaller and pure white and when I called him, he said it is my vacuum and he doesn’t have any other vacuum. The only thing I can think of is he gave my vacuum to somebody else but this clearly is not my vacuum and I am not happy and I will never go back there again I tried to tell him my vacuum was green and white, and he made some snide remark that they look different when you get them cleaned up And You really can’t tell till it’s cleaned up. I should know what my vacuum looks like he made me mad being condescending. He will never get my business again so now I’ve got someone else’s vacuum. My attachments don’t even fit this vacuum and parts of them are green, just like the vacuum. Never again you gotta take pictures of your stuff before you drop

Dyson recommended this shop after calling about a needed repair for our vacuum. The only reason I didn’t do the repair myself was because it was potentially under warranty and my screw driver wasn’t long enough. I had replaced a belt on it earlier with no issue, which seemed to shock the owner that I would have any mechanical ability.

The parts that were replaced (although only one part was needed but he said it was too much work to disassemble the working part) cost us $120- and he refused to call about the warranty. Those same parts could have been ordered and shipped to my house...

I called about a problem with my central vacuum. The owner is fantastic! He walked me through some things I could do to troubleshoot the problem on my own spending about 20 minutes on the phone with me. I was able to fix my unit with their guidance. What is AMAZING???? No charge for his help and advice.
