Went here for work boots on Sunday. When we first asked for help while standing in the section that has work boots the associate seemed put off to be bothered & he wasn't to be found again after we seemed to waste his time. Definitely don't have to worry about sales associate bothering you while you shop. The manager seemed to be only one that cared about helping us find what we were looking for. We would of just walked out if she hadn't shown a genuine interest in how we were doing & what we needed. Ended up having to special order boots, but only because she let us know she could order items not in store & she found something that fit out needs directly from boot manufacturer. Not even ones they carry. She gets 5+ Stars but the rest of the staff, including other managers we had to call & follow up with are just there for because they need the paycheck. So as long as you know what size you are & pretty much know what you want, you definately can shop in peace & not be bothered at all by a sales associate Someone will say hello or welcome to the store when you enter & they are happy to ring up your stuff but that is about it. Not a good first impression. Will change review if they actually seem interested in helping us when we pick up order. Plan on "looking around first" just to see if anyone actually asks us if we need help or are finding what we are...

Worst customer service of any western wear retail store. Never have been offered help or welcomed to the store, even when employees made eye contact with me. Love the inventory and would be comfortable making large purchases if I was treated with any sort of friendliness. As someone who works very hard for his money, I feel like I should be welcomed and treated in a friendly way, but being that they don't show any kindness I refuse to really reward them with me spending big money. I always purchase boots here but won't buy anything else because I am never offered help. I even mentioned needing help to an employee who was 3 feet away from me when trying on boots and she literally ignored me and went to help teenagers without offering me any assistance. Just a sad feeling every time I come in to this location and zero reward for spending good money on boots when I shop here. I wanted to buy top of the line boots but went cheap out of frustration with the employees and how the store...

The store is stocked with the most current and stylish items. Great place to shop if you know exactly what you want and find the correct size. Although, you are wasting your time there if you need HELP!! I asked the price of a peice of jewelry. BOTH sales associates behind the check out counter when asked the price looked at me with blank looks and did NOT offer to ask another sales associate. One particular set I inquired about was missing a matching earring with the set. AGAIN, I asked if they had another SET in the store. AGAIN both sales girls standing behind the counter looked at each other and said "I don't know "!?!? They missed approximately $300 in sales because they were GLUED behind the counter.
