Heather Culver is our Go To person whenever we need something Framed. From a piece of Fine Art to a Special Letter with accompanying Gift or a token of Appreciation, Heather has been able to meet and surpass our needs. As I type this review, I am looking around me and I count no less than 12 separate pieces of Artwork that Heather has framed for us, just within my view, there is so many more throughout our House. Each piece, Heather has taken the time to work with us to make sure we had the perfect Frame, Glass and Matting for that piece of Art. We have Never been disappointed by any of the work Heather has done for us, and you will not be disappointed either with the Quality of work Heather will do for you.

I came out of the frame shop feeling sad and unsatisfied: 1) the frame that I had been waiting for over 2 weeks turned out wasn't what I remembered that I had picked out, 2) when I tried to tell the store association, she focused on pointing out how it wouldn't have been her mistake but mine, and repeated in front of her other customers that I had wanted to keep the price "as cheap as possible," maybe to embarrass me so I would leave; 3) the font was also not what I had asked for, and being reminded there will be delays if I wanted to correct things (as there was already a delay to begin with). Overall, I felt she was not sensitive enough to really understand the customer's wants and needs, especially for a premium service like this.

I have bought 3-4 frames this year from the shop. The framing work has been fine, although small mistakes here and there, such as forgot to put on the stand, have to fix the stand, wrong font. And can definitely improve on being more thoughtful in customer service in a more challenging situation like when a customer is...

I went to Scott Frame and Art to have my last chemo certificate and a couple photos framed to celebrate this part of my cancer journey. I asked if it could be ready in a few days so I could display it for my celebration party. Jamie, the owner, was happy to oblige.

Jamie was so helpful in picking out the right matting and frame to make the certificate and photos “pop!”. We also decided on the museum glass to make sure there wasn’t any light glare covering the piece when viewing it.

Chole, the framer, did an amazing job framing the pieces! Absolutely knocked it out of the park! The matting and frame were clean cut and precise. She had my piece ready within a couple days.

Everyone there was so kind and celebrating with me. Meant the world to me.
