My experience tonight at my local Walgreens was something I never could have imagined. I'm 32 years old and have never been treated the way I was tonight in all of my adult years, especially by a manager. I have been having trouble with getting a canvas photo printed correctly for over a week now. The first photo was the wrong size, the second photo was damaged by whoever put the nails in plus there was no frame with it but paid for the frame and this third photo looked great but the frame was cracked at the bottom. My friend and I were doing this for our Doctor we work for ,for his birthday that is tomorrow. We have always used Walgreens for phots and they always come out great. When I got to Walgreens tonight to get the re printed canvas photo for the third time I expected that it would finally be correct so I didn't check it. I dropped off the second damaged canvas and took that one. I got half way down the road and my friend called and said she needed the damaged canvas because she still didn't have a refund for the second one and had paid for this third one. I then call the store and ask for manager who was Megan, she was rude answering the phone, I told her I needed the damaged one to get the refund so I needed to come back to the store and get it. At this point I looked the current canvas I had and that's when I realized the bottom part of the frame was not attached so I asked her about that she said "there is nothing I can do about that" I said "ok thank you I'll be up there soon to get the damaged one" and she just hung up on me. I get there to the photo counter and the canvas I had just returned was just laying out on the counter. She obviously did not want to speak to me and was hoping I would just take that and go. I asked the sweet girl at the front to please have her manager come talk to me. Megan this manager says "what can I help you with" I opened the box to show her the frame that was not attached and kindly asked her if there was anything they could do to fix the frame. She said "again, there is nothing I can do for you, I can give you a refund." I said I don't want a refund I want this fixed. Before I could say anymore she walked over to the computer to do something and I said "ma'am, I'm sorry but this has been a nightmare" and she literally looked at me and said "you are a nightmare." I said "excuse me" She said you have been a nightmare and that picture you printed out is a nightmares and I have had nightmares about it.." I said "are you kidding me right now? is this how you speak to your customers?" she said "I don't care about you, I don't care about this, this is my last night here and I don't care" I said "wow okay then.." and walked out of the store completely mortified almost in tears. I have NEVER been spoken to that way by anyone, ever. I know we all have bad days and obviously she was having one but there is just no excuse to treat anyone like that. I didn't come in there causing a scene or cursing at her or even raise my voice, I was just simply trying to tell her what a nightmare of a situation this has been trying to get this canvas photo done correctly. She didn't eve even say "I'm sorry" that would have been a easy thing to do and she couldn't do that. I am just not that customer, I don't make scenes or cause drama, in fact this the very first review I have ever sent in about a specific person. Called my doctor and they said they had to do it over the phone because they already discharged me. Then when I went through again MAYBE 15 minutes later Jennifer claimed she never spoke with me or my doctor ! I pointed at exactly who I spoke to ( Jennifer ) and she turned and said she didnāt speak with me to my face. So I then had to go inside the store with contagious Pink eye because so my doctor could speak with them over the phone⦠again. Then had someone come back track and say my prescription was sent to walmart ? so they just never received it which iāve never in my life used walmart only walgreens and the only reason I was at this one was because New Hope was closed. Iād love for corporate to check the cameras and phone records because I promise you I spoke with pharmacist Jennifer and she confirmed my doctor spoke with her as well. Shame on me for continuing to try and hope for a different outcome but every single month for this time span filling the same prescription my cost has continued to change again and again with no answers why, the script canāt be filled, they short fill my script, they need my doctor to rewrite the script because thereās some kind of error with āmy accountā, they lost the signature on the script that was filed from my provider electronically, or some other line of crock excuse. I have never been so aggravated with ANY other pharmacy like I have here for Walgreens does NOT care about helping their customers nor do they try to come up with actual solutions.
