Don’t go here for “permanent” jewelry. I got 3 “permanent” bracelets. The worker whom originally was trying to weld my bracelets on had fake nails and couldn’t operate the tools properly as the bracelets were dainty and the bracelets small. So after about 30 minutes of trying and only getting one bracelet on another girl came in and took over. She too apparently could not weld the bracelets because ALL 3 of my bracelets fell off within 3 days. ALL 3!! I wasn’t even doing anything that active. ALSO when I went to check out my total was $400, nearly double of what I was expecting and what was listed in the case as the pricing. I questioned the total and she said, “o the prices are wrong in the case” and just looked at me. So now I have 3 bracelets that are “permanent” that just took an hour to put on. So I swiped my card and decided it was okay a it was a treat for myself. After all the bracelets fell off, i returned to the store for a remedy for the terrible service and product. I spoke with the manager and they can’t do anything. ARE YOU SERIOUS? My “permanent” bracelets that cost twice as much as you had listed in the case fell off within 3 days! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. DONT GO HERE. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE....

I wasn't aware that the bracelet was the wrong size until charms were added down the road. The bracelets are supposed to be sized to where you can add charms as you go and mine is now too small to add any more to. (Not even half full) went back in wondering if anything could be done to get the right size bracelet so I could continue to add charms. Employees were rude and insisted there was nothing they could do but sell me another bracelet. Talk about NOT taking care of your customers and not taking responsibility when it is the fault of employees and not the customer. Why would I buy another bracelet when I was given the wrong one in the first place? Pandora is supposed to have excellent service and stand by their jewelry for years to come. Read moreMy partner bought a bracelet here and the lady gave the complete wrong size. He then brought it back, and they said he had to buy a new bracelet. Instead of complaining, he bought a new one. The new one ALWAYS fell off until the clasp no longer shuts. It is 2 months old yet when I brought it in they said it wasn't their fault and they had never seen a manufacture defect.
