Burger King — Restaurant in Rogers

We have been coming to this location for a while, but never dined in, only driven through.

Tonight we decided to dine in, and my gosh we will NEVER do that again at this location. The tables and chairs were all disgusting, and the staff was very unhelpful. I sent my four year old up to ask for a crown because I'd like her to learn to do those kinds of things. The young man at the counter acted annoyed that she was asking him for one, then when I started to approach he was so rude about it. Said something like, "She can take them all for all I care" Is it really that difficult to give a child a crown??

I watched as another child walked up to order something, and the man who I assume is the manager took her order without greeting her or looking her in the eye. He never once looked up from his screen to acknowledge her existence. I don't care if the person in front of you is young, old, female, male, or anything in between; if they're breathing, make eye contact and treat them with some semblance of respect.

I worked in customer service for over ten years and I am appalled at the lack of it in the places I've frequented lately. I understand working for minimum wage and how thankless it feels, but I don't understand treating people, and especially children,...

Went to Burger King around 10 pm after a long day of working on a Sunday. I ordered thru Drive Thru and the lady who took our order sounded annoyed that we were there, which, I understand. It's 10 pm on a Sunday. I don't want to be out working that late. I ordered the new Fiery Chicken Fries and a few other things. I was excited to get the Fiery Chicken Fries, bc I already had it and it was so good I had to come back for more! When I got home, which I live no more than 10 mins away. I was really disappointed. The chicken fries were cold and soggy and look like it had been sitting out for so long.... However I was more disappointed in the fact that whoever packed my order, saw that the chicken fries weren't the best and still decided to serve it to me. I wouldn't have minded if I had to wait for fresh Fiery Chicken Fries.... I will not be coming back nor ordering from this location again. This is not the first time I had a bad experience here with my orders. I wish my receipt printed out better as well, I love to give my order number, but it's whatever as I won't be coming back to this location. Bathrooms were disgusting, customer service was terrible and the food was mediocre.

Typically don’t waste my time writing a review but this time the service was terrible. The only decent part of this visit was the female cashier. However the manager (I’m assuming) couldn’t properly button or tuck in his terribly dirty shirt, his attitude when we asked a simple question was as bad as if not worse than his appearance, then to get a snarky smart Alec attitude when 4 people were in line to get their drinks but the ice machine wasn’t working. When we asked the manager about it he grabbed a disgusting metal pole off the floor and stabbed it in the top of the ice machine several times and said it should be working now (he was very put out by this) then he finally decided to grab a bucket of ice to fill the machine and throws it in again like he was put out by it. Mind you this was after standing behind an elderly couple who had to wait several minutes to order their food because the manager and several teenage boys were sitting around laughing and joking around about nothing work related.
